Nishern Govender, an accomplished clinical pharmacist, holds a Pharmacy degree from WITS University, a Master of Pharmacy from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and a postgraduate certification in Clinical Pharmacology.
With a career spanning two decades, he’s excelled in clinical practice, spanning community and institutional pharmacy in both private and public healthcare. Nishern’s expertise extends to clinical research and academia. His passion for Pharmacotherapy is evident in his dedication to clinical pharmacy, pharmacist education, and advocating for rational medicine use and patient safety. Currently, he serves as the Head of Medical at Haleon, overseeing operations in South & Sub-Saharan Africa.
