Leigh Van Der Bijl

Leigh van der Bijl is a seasoned professional in healthcare and pharmaceuticals with an Executive MSc in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has held executive leadership roles in Europe and South Africa and managed several large courier pharmacies, including Clicks Direct Medicines and UTi Specialist Pharmacy.

Leigh was responsible for the establishment and licensing of Southern Rx and Discovery Medical Suppliers, the Discovery Pharmacy and wholesaler.  She has been with Discovery for 11 years, currently serving as the Head of Pharmacy and Health Coaching. Complementing her career, she is currently completing her diploma in AI in Health Care at Harvard Medical School, showcasing her commitment to ongoing learning and innovation in the field.
