Dr Zaheer Bayat is the Head of Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Helen Joseph Hospital. He is also part of the Hospital Committees. He is a key member of the post-graduate, undergraduate, medicine executive and physician updates committees, at the University of the Witwatersrand. He also works at the Centres of Integrative Health as an endocrinologist at Sandton Mediclinic and Ahmed Kathrada Hospital
